Fridge-freezer, Microwave, washing machine, coking facilities, shower, toilet, sky TV and internet access are all included, the parking in front of the house is free up to 3 hours during the day, evening and weekend are free of parking. It is available for short letting purpose.
The House is very close to buses, train stations and city centre. Bars, resturants, University of Manchester, MMU, banks and suppermarkets are all just nearby with 5 minutes walking distance.
